Another spectacle created by Art Color Ballet, another vision from Agnieszka Glińska, another event painted with music, dance, words, lights and projections. Multimedia journey through history, inlaid with gesture, sound, sparkle and imagination.
Over the course of history European countries fluctuated with borders, heritage mixed, influences changed and eclectic cultural character of societies deepened. Everything can be seen, everything can be heard.
World described
From tablets remains, from cards
The facts disguised as myths
And myth, where should be fact.*
Agnieszka Glińska along with artists from Art Color Ballet lead the spectators through history in a very convincing manner. More and more colorful dancers pulsate with rythm from distant lands. The light reigns over the scenographic space and precisely elevates each detail. Stanisław Slowinski created raw compositions, Jan Slowinski wrote original lyrics and Joanna Slowinska sang them in a stunning manner. With every minute there was more and more of her and her voice was stronger and stronger.
Nothing can change the time
There is darkness, will be dawn
Enough land for us
Enough days for us.*
„Amber Tree” is a mysterium reaching the highest tree branches and going deep to the roots, roots touching ancient history of the people traveling through Europe. One needs to get carried away with the story, mixing facts with myths, truth with wishful thinking and hope with reality. Where are we from? Where are we? Where are we going to? Simple and basic questions. Without clear answer. The reflection remains.
At the crossroads white stone
At the crossroads white stone
You can chose a path once
You can chose a path once
